Frozenbytes' Nine Parchments arrived on PC and the Nintendo Switch last week, so this past Monday Nick, Locke, Jason, and Mike teamed up to check out this spell-slinging adventure, and see how exactly it differs from Paradox's Magicka.
The first expansion to Destiny 2 arrived this week, and we decided to take a little bit of time Tuesday night to check it out. The "Curse of Osiris" added a whole new area (Mercury), a new public space, and some new activities for those who are interested, and while we didn't get a chance to look at them all, we did run through the "Infinite Forest" a few times.
THQ Nordic is continuing to revive the properties of game's past with the release of SpellForce 3 today. The third entry in the SpellForce series, the title mixes up RPG character progression in the form of hero characters with RTS resource and army management. Earlier this week, Hi-Rez added a new co-op adventure to their F2P god battler, SMITE. We decided to dive in and check it out, despite our lack of skill or knowledge about the game. We've also got a few codes to giveaway that will net you the "Ultimate God Pack" (which means you'll be able to play all currently available gods, and all future ones as well) and add 10k gems (the premium currency) to your account.
